Fabienne has over 20 years' experience in neuro physiotherapy, most recently leading regional Neurorehabilitation, Neurotrauma, Neurology and Neuro Outreach services at St George’s, in Tooting. There she provided evidence based, intensive, and highly personalised rehabilitation, with a reputation for achieving outstanding outcomes. Rehab is always focussed on quality of life and guided by individual preferences and motivators. Fabienne also has extensive experience in providing expert opinion and guidance to other clinicians, supporting those recovering from short term illness, negotiating long term conditions successfully or providing support to manage new neurological conditions, including PD, MS, FND, spinal cord and brain tumours.

Fabienne has trained and practised within a wide range of therapy approaches, including those gained through working alongside other expert clinicians and as such is adept at supporting clients with complex communication and cognitive needs, alongside their physical challenges. She has acquired an in-depth knowledge of highly specialised treatments including orthotics and splinting, functional electrical stimulation, exercise equipment and rehab technology. Fabienne is passionate about gait and upper limb rehabilitation, and complex spasticity management.

Fabienne's qualitative research into the User Experience of Wearing Splints for the Management and Prevention of Contractures in People with Neurological Conditions forms part of the Splinting for the Prevention and Correction of Contractures in Adults with Neurological Dysfunction: Practice Guideline for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, which she presented at international conferences, as part of an MSc in Neuro-rehabilitation.
