Rosie Kalborg

London

Since qualifying in Physiotherapy from St George’s University of London in 2017, Rosie has gained extensive experience across two leading NHS teaching hospital trusts: Barts Health NHS Trust and St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Her early career included working in the intensive care rehabilitation unit at the Royal London Hospital , Tower Hamlets Community Stroke Team and the Wandsworth Community Neurorehabilitation Team, providing home-based and community-centred therapy for individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions. She also worked within the amputee rehabilitation team at Queen Mary’s Hospital as well as on the Wolfson inpatient neurorehabilitation unit, specialising in functional neurological disorder and traumatic brain injury.

Rosie has developed advanced assessment and treatment skills across a broad spectrum of neurological conditions. She is experienced in the use of orthotics, functional electrical stimulation for gait and upper limb rehabilitation, constraint-induced movement therapy and mirror therapy. She has also completed the Bridges Self-Management Programme for long-term conditions, equipping her to support clients in managing their conditions holistically.

With a strong background in exercise and sport science—holding a degree in Applied Sports Science, Rosie is passionate about helping individuals achieve personally meaningful goals through movement and rehabilitation.

Rosie recently completed the APPI Clinical Pilates Matwork course and leads community neuro-Pilates classes in Wandsworth in partnership with the LEGS neurological charity.
