 In providing the facility to enquire about our service via this website, NeuroConnect Rehabilitation (NCR) collects information about you. Enquiries about our service through the NeuroConnect Rehabilitation website or via email will be taken as consent to certain uses of your information. The personal data we collect from you includes your name, questions or information you leave, your postcode if given and your email address. 

Your information is used for further communication to provide appointments and to monitor the usage of our service. If you do not receive physiotherapy assessment or treatment from us after enquiring with us through our website we will hold your personal information for up to a maximum of 28 days for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. If, having given your consent to the use of your data as outlined in this policy you do not wish to be contacted by us or have your information stored you can call us or send us an e-mail requesting deletion of information. If we subsequently provide physiotherapy assessment or treatment your data will be managed according to our Privacy Policy.

We take your privacy and our legal obligations under the data protection legislation very seriously. Personal information that we store or transmit is held on secure servers with security and access controls, two-factor authentication, and data encryption where appropriate. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Controller, as required by UK data protection law. ICO Registration Number ZA753745. NCR will under no circumstances give access to your information to any third party for any purpose, either commercial or otherwise.
