Chelsey Scoreby

Since Chelsey qualified in 2012 she has worked in three large teaching hospitals in London. She currently works for St George’s University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in the Neuro Rehab Team.

Chelsey has developed advanced skills in assessment and treatment of a range of neurological conditions, including acute brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, central nervous system tumours and progressive neurological conditions. She has a specialist interest in functional neurological disorder after working at a specialist inpatient unit and is currently working with acute hospitals to improve other health care professionals’ management and treatment of this condition.

Chelsey is passionate about incorporating clients’ interests into sessions while working towards their individual goals, to maximise engagement and ensure treatment is client centred. She has a great understanding of other local community services to provide holistic care.
