Naomi Felthouse

Naomi qualified from the University of Southampton in 2013 and has over 6 years’ experience specialising in neurological physiotherapy across three major teaching hospitals in London, including community and outpatient services. She has been working as a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist for the Stroke and neuro outliers service over the past 3 years at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals.


Naomi is highly experienced in rehabilitating patients following a stroke, functional neurological disorders, spinal cord injury, vestibular disorders, traumatic brain injuries and long-term neurological conditions such as Parkinsons disease and motor neurone disease.

Naomi is advancing her skills in complex spasticity management and shoulder pain following a stroke. She has a passion for promoting cardiovascular fitness, particularly in the stroke population and has been successful at sharing this work at the European Stroke Conference in 2024 and 2026.

Naomi understands the importance of patient-centred goals and the significance of rapport building with her patients, for her patients to maximise their potential.
